- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★OMG, " GENERAL HIRE " I can not believe in this day of age people treat there customers like you do. A friend of mine hired a machine for the weekend that I also helped with. The machine had problems starting and kept on stalling after a few hours of working. I took the machine back on Monday and said to the person who was looking after me that we had problems with the machine and proceeded to tell him the problem. WELL, before I could finish he Just yelled out "thats BULL****, this machine doesnt break down, we use everday to tow the trailers around the yard" I went to continue to address the problem I was having and was interrupted again " Thats BULL**** this machine never breaks down I dont believe you"
I ended up telling him where to put his machine and left. Somehow I dont think that is an appropriate way to treat your customers, and I wont be stepping into that place againBy John R, December 26, 2020
